Changes to No Win No Fee – What you need to know

In economically challenging times, it is difficult to find ways of managing costs.

The situation could get worse if you have been injured and have suffered financial loss due to being unable to work.

For years No Win No Fee arrangements (or Conditional Fee Arrangements) have helped people claim injury compensation if they have been injured due to someone else’s fault.  No win no fee means if your claim is unsuccessful, you don’t pay a penny towards your solicitor’s fees.

The Government introduced changes in April 2013 to the way the system worked in England and Wales. National Accident Helpline have produced the following infographic to explain the main changes made to the no win no fee system.
